Yes it is. I have also noted alot of testing by Radio Shop on 158.775

158.775 Is Dane Co FD/EMS page.

It looks like this only transmitter is near the capitol square (licensed for 25 watts), thus why I'm not hearing it in Verona.

I have no clue what the reason for it is, though. Maybe some people have UHF pagers?
