First time hearing this...

Sounds like Fire or EMS dispatches to Lodi addresses.

I think it might be this, FCC Callsign WQKJ926 Details which is licensed to San Joaquin County. I don't think it's County Fire, could possibly be Lodi Fire?

Keep your ears open :)

Further monitoring by Wayne and I confirm this to be Lodi Fire, DB updated.

Additional freqs on the license show 460.2875 and 460.3125. Keep your ears open for those to hopefully become active too.

Are we then saying that Lodi Fire Dispatch is now DIGITAL and on UHF? I monitor their VHF channel, but the traffic is so light that you can't easily tell if it is just a slow day or the traffic has moved elsewhere.

When the dispatch transmits she/he simulcasts over VHF and the new UHF P25 channel. I don't think I heard any mobile traffic. So they're probably working on installing the field radios now.

The license is strange. First, it's odd it's under the County's name (maybe normal?). Then all three freqs are licensed for use at City of Lodi's site and the second is at the LaRue tower in Downtown Stockton (hard to miss the huge thing north of Hwy 4). So this license definitely isn't for Escalon.

Well, if you look at the NAPCO website, the newest frequency log, it lists 460.13750 and 460.0625. Both of which are apart of this same license. I'm just making an educated guess.

And, San Joaquin Delta College's transmitter is located at the Sheriff site in French Camp, when Delta College is location in North Stockton..

Don't they have a campus in NW Tracy too? I know they come in well over there too. So it's probably ideally the place (At the SO Dispatch Center).
