Ok thanks. I was looking in freq search for both counties I didn't see the St Joseph's FCC name, unless I over looked it.

As long as they aren't using Privacy, you will hear them. RAS only prevents unauthorized users from getting into the system. RAS=Restricted Access (to) System.
