471.4750 PL 71.9 Northern NJ area...

Can anyone help identify the frequency and PL. The only thing I found in the ULS was Montville and Dover (Ocean) Twp. It was on a repeater and heard in the Morris County area.

471.475 MHz is licensed to the Montville Board of Education (which can mean either school buses OR school security guards). It's also licensed to the Montville Police Department. I cannot identify the PL unfortunately. I'm sorry I can't be of any more help.
