does anyone know who this might be there on 49.56 dpl 031.all they do is pass data no cwid.it was in about the same time as texas/miss/ark today

I have heard this station for several years. It seems to be part of a network on 49.420, 49.480, 49.540, 49.560, 49.580, all with DPL 031 and all sending packets. Would be interesting to decode.

there was some voice today on 49.56."5 dump it right there,5 try it again you were steped on".and they might in CO/MT/WY no other skip was in even on 6mts.I do have a wav file of it.

I only get 49.56 here so far.
