The radio transmit on 4khz, but no audio at Rx.
I am rookie on Yaesu radios.

No. (The radio doesn't transmit on 4 kHz.) You may need to reset the radio and start programming anew. The manual will explain how to program memories. If you don't have the VX-6R manual you'll find a PDF online. HTH.

It looks like you got an answer, but I saw your post and I am confused.
I think you are asking about using a repeater ex. 145.270 with a (-) offset?
You might have CTCSS or DCS decode on. I am not familiar with NY repeaters, but normal offsets are 0.600MHz for 2Meters, 1.6MHz 1.25Meters and 5.00MHz for 70cm. If you are talking about channel spacing, no 5kHz FM only. It also can receive AM and WFM broadcast.
