Alrighty, to end the debate:
1) I am in the US Eastern time zone. "Downsouthsomewhere" is indeed where I am at.
2) The posts on the forums are timestamped -6 hrs from UTC. So, my post was made on Saturday, 20 SEP 2014 at 2336 Z.
3) I was listening through the
http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/ receiver, located at PI4THT in Enschede, Neatherlands. You can, too. It's typically within a few mS of real-time.
4) I could not hear the station directly from my location in the US Eastern time zone "down south somewhere," given an a Kenwood TS-450S and 95 ft. folded dipole.
5) They are on RIGHT NOW (25 SEP 2014 at 2014 Z) transmitting CW and identifying as 4XZ. They're pretty strong. Again, I'm receiving through the webSDR receiver in the Netherlands, not from "down south." I'm not currently near my HF station.
