6/14/2016 win 7 update

i did the updates on 6/14 and now two computers with norton av shows that the firewall is off and the AV is off, both are on
i ran a full scan with norton and malwarebytes even put in spybot. all show it is fine.
just in case anyone else notices it.

I disabled updates a while ago, too many horror stories of people turning on their computer and finding out that they are now running win 10.
No problems running any programs, and with less data to process the computer is faster.

maybe they want to mess up everyting but win 10 so you switch to it...

I understand win 10 is already messed up with all the spyware.
Stay with 7, works well, most programs have no compatibility issues.
Only issue i have is with my wife,s computer (xp) (her choice) printing off mine. Not all files will print.
Print a test page - all is fine. Print some doc's and no-go,
Still workin on it

Have you tried to install the printer on your wife's computer running Windows XP and then you print documents from your computer that way?
I had Windows XP Pro 32 Bit version, on my computer and the printer was installed on that PC. My wife had a laptop with Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit on it and she was able to send to the printer any documents she needed printing.
