That doesn't show us the source, only what it says.

As a learning lesson for all of us:

A Frequency Alone does not ID who the Agency is
A NAC Alone does not ID who the Agency is
Even RID's (altho, SOME agencies folllow an "AGENCY" plan) RID's might help point to the user, with the above two other items.
And even with 1, 2 and 3 = 6 IT may take a lot of research and listening.

Sources, other than the RRDB is the Wiki which can be searched by just the Frequency or a Marcy found a nice
reference of NAC's and for Federal an awesome resource is the monthly Spectrum Monitor which has a Federal section written by our
traveling Nomad who frequents here. Then his blog/twitter The Fed Files Blog

Macry, keep in mind NAC's get used/re-used across different agencies etc

100% Accurate that
$653 is a NAC heard on the BATFE input freq, when they want to use the NET-3 Repeater, but that input freq is 166.5375
Each BATFE Repeater has it's own input NAC so NET 1 is $651, Net 2 is $652 etc, up thru $65F (15 selections)
$653 is also a NAC common to many of the DOJ 25 (now more than 25) Cities (UASI) Interop channels

And $653 has been found in use by other agencies, before, after and during Major Events (Hurricanes, Fires, other large Disasters)

As you can see from the RR Wiki
167.7875 is the NYC FIO 1 sharing the input with FIO 3, 4 and 5

Nice Find and a Great reminder of what is out there on a daily basis

IF anyone is interested in logging and attempting to match up RID's in NY/NJ/CT
this net does a Roll Call on EVERY Wednesday at 10am.

Our Boston Net (168.1125) is the First Wednesday of each month at 10am, for MA/RI and NH agencies
