I have (2) Males speaking Spanish... I thought I heard "CQ" in there a few times, which seems odd. After some talking, there was a data signal (sounded sort of like a slower SITOR signal...)
Possibly fisherman... hard to say. Kind of weak here... perhaps S7, but when the data came thru it was S9+ easy.
