Received from Muskegon Michigan with an Airspy HF+ Discovery. What is this? I Looked through SIGIDWIKI.com and found nothing...

This is definitely some sort of local interference or receiver issue and SIGIDWIKI will not help.

Just a guess, maybe some form of RFI?

Yes, RFI it was. I initially thought that, but i moved the antenna around and relocated it and everything, so I dismissed RFI and dove into some crazy theories and looked at SIGIDWIKI
