700 MHz spectrum, Sacramento area

Hooked up my discone antenna to my spectrum analyzer and this is what I saw.
Is this LTE? Observe 730 - 770 MHz. Wonder where the base station are from?

Yeah, LTE uses those big wide bands of spectrum.
