8.9330 USB AERO LDOC AIRLINE COMPANY CACTUS AIRLINE

Early today heard Catus callling in and talking to ground, airliner very clear and strong signal, and Ground a little on the weak side but clear audio.

I also caught 'Cactus 66' and 'Cactus 16xx' around 0600 EST, although on the regular vhf band. Any more specifics on the cactus callsign?

Cactus is the callsign for US Airways (formerly America West).

8933 kHz is an ARINC HF LDOC Facility frequency. Here is a chart with the others.
