8 tac channeld

I host the Sussex County DE feed. There has been issues with the radios of late and FD has been using 8 tac 94 channel can I broadcast these wasn't sure since it is a tac channel

Altho referenced a 8TAC94, that is part of the Nationwide Interop [NIFOG]

and...altho I have slept at a holiday inn express a few times, any not a lawyer, but likely this would not be an issue reading the RR/Broadcastify TOU's.

Only Law Enforcement Tactical is on the no no list. If it's an Fire Tac it's all good .

And the Nationwide Interoperability frequencies (which includes 8TAC94/8TAC94D) are perfectly OK to stream.
