8873 KHz USB, MWARA Station ??

Just picked up audio on 8873 KHz USB, it's a MWARA Frequency. Aircraft calling in and then ground station, can someone tell me the name of this ground station.

I have logged N’Djamena ACC on this freq.

Thanks Brandon, the person did have an accent, it was the first time picking up anything on this frequency. Conditions were really good on this band at the time, was picking up audio from planes and ground stations.

8873 - Tahiti FIR so it's only a local frequency, FIR means "Flight information region". Tahiti is actually part of the SP group so I often hear him on 8867 or 13261khz
