898 CC only?

Does the 898 have Control channel tracking only like the 246t has? if how do you use it?

Hmm, I checked the location where you program in the trunked frequencies, and if you scroll it goes thru programf, programid, and cconly on/off etc. on the motorola type II systems. I wonder why that's there if it doesn't do it?

Yes it does cc only tracking. They failed to put it into the manual. Check for a later version of the manual there was a second one put out. Also check on www.Grove-Ent.com, as I think they have the instructions.
