919.000 Mhz close call hit

While driving on PCH (between Beach Blvd. & First St.) in Huntington Beach I got a close call hit on the frequency listed above.
It was a straight analog carrier only, no voice or data heard.
As I drove away from the area the signal dropped off so not an IF problem. I returned a few hours later and did not get another hit.


A search of the frequency came up with cable TV usage?
What types of services use that frequency area?

902-928 is a ham band, and there is a ton of ISM stuff that shares the band as well. You won't a license under any search. It could have been a repeater link.
