Hello dues Im wondering if some of you might know whats causing this?

Notice the menu DOES NOT FIT THE APPLET and the 3 check boxs are not boxs!

If I bootup in safe mode every menu displays right so its gonna be a driver I assume Since safe mode uses different drivers.....

The first time this happend I simply deleted "shelliconcache" and it fixed itself but not this time.......

This is Win98se and everything in device manager says all stuff is working OK so it must be a driver file but I dont know which one!!

Thanx guys :)

Par for the course when you're running an almost 30 year old OS that's been EOS'ed for 20 years. Seriously you should have upgraded decades ago.

I didn't realize people actually still used Win 98.

The best evolution that happened in windows, IMO was elevating from XP to Win 7. XP had so many issues that WIN 7 resolved.
