Ahhh...disregard, no reason to prolong the agony.

well, sir, you did have time to slip in the "internet experts as you" sarcasm: ", in the pre-edited message I and others received, when I never stated anything other than my SHORTCOMING of "so MAYBE POP/SMTP is an old standard I am most comfortable and familiar with", and did NOT and DO not consider myself an expert and, also, for the record - *I* am not confused between RSS and POP/SMTP messaging. And, yes, I receive just about all public forums without individual subscriptions thereto.

So much for rationality - Y'all have a nice Super-Bowl weekend, and indeed, let's not prolong the agony and sarcasm..

Therefore: Moderator: Please delete this thread, if you wish. Have moved on..

Internet experts. LOL!

For the record, for the purposes of this thread, it doesn't matter what method of email delivery (POP/IMAP/ActiveSync/Carrier Pigeon) is in use. The question was:

Would people be kind enough to include the state's two letter abbreviation as a prefix to the subject of threads posted in state forums so that those of us who receive those threads as email messages can easily sort/filter them?

Should have been pretty straight forward, with no arguments over who was an internet expert (which makes me giggle).
