What Mode Of Muti-Site Should I Be In? Roam Or Stat?

OFF. I have been using a Pro-106 and 197 for 9 years. I've learned that Roam and Stat don't work well. Make sure that you've got the DeKalb system on P-25 AUTO in the settings for that system.
If you are using that antenna on your vehicle, it is too much antenna. Least is best for the systems in Metro ATL.

There are no encrypted TGID's on the system.

Using what for both??
Do you have the squelch set correctly? It should be set between 10 and 11 o'clock. You might need to set the Global ATTenuator to on to knock down the signal. Too much signal will overload the scanner.
