I have an rtl sdr v4 and under 60mhz there starts appearing a lot of noise and between 30-60 mhz there are strange signals where you can hear yourself which is strange and lower means more noise on the picture 90%-95% of spikes is noise and the wide spikes are noise from the pc because when i touch the trackpad the noise is even bigger i have tried using methods from the internet but it didnt help me and now im waiting for an usb isolator to arrive Снимоsdfgк.PNG

I would start with longer extention cable to bring the sdr further away from the pc and yet short enough so you don't need a powered usb hub. Then I would do as much loops as I can trough a ferrite.
Grounded metal case is gerat option

I ordered an 5 m extension cable and ferrite rings but the pc was a notebook on battery but I have tried using a phone and around 20-40 procents less noise but there is still a lot of noise and I have noticed better the antenna more noise

Well, let's not forget, that those things are cheap, modified tv tuners, so the had almost no filters. You can always use bandpass filters tuned to the desired frequency but that way you have to carry a bunch of them and swap them when you change the bands. That can be somehow handy if stationary but not too suitable if mobile.
But you are mostly sitting at your desk at home, you can throw a bunch of ferrite cores on your other power supplies at home - tv, router, microwave, etc.

Noise is going to be your worst nightmare. A narrow bandpass filter will help. Also, loop antennas are DC grounded which helps a lot.
I have gone portable with my RTL-SDR and laptop. Way out in the boonies with a 20 foot longwire antenna.
Ferrite filters on the USB cable and still had lots of noise spikes from the laptop.

If you can "hear yourself" and this is a laptop i would disable the internal microphone. I would also tighten all the screws on the chassis of the pc as it sounds like you have a bad ground.
