AAR and BCD436HP

I was wondering if anyone has any idea of how the 436 does with railroad monitoring. Thanks

It's descent on the railroad band. With the weak signals it's touch and go.

Compared to many other commercial and even amateur HTs it does rather poor even with a tuned antenna.

The 436HP works great on the rail band. The ability to record everything cant be beat.

But for the best value you can not beat the Uniden BC125AT. It is amazing on the rail band.
