Is Abbotsford PS actually not encrypted as per the database?

No, it's DE. I processed the submission but the DB didn't apply the bulk change to that talkgroup group. I have fixed it.
Was going to give them props for being transparent and accountable, but I guess that was just a pipedream, lol.
