That talkgroup is right in the middle of Border Patrol, DEA, BATF, etc. Makes sense to me. No hits in my log.

HIDTA-1 and HIDTA-3 are common in larger cities I would believe I have some in southern LA 12,000+ hits over the last couple months. Maybe like a back up to other federal agencies like USMS etc.
