If the HP and 436 are anything like the 396 then they should but I haven't used those.
When you park it on a P25 control channel it should display the system ID, RFSS number and site number.
The 396 display alternates between SID:xxxxh-yyzz and the name of the system.
x=System ID
h=indicates the number is hexidecimal
y=RFSS Number
z=Site Number
If you hold the FUNC key it changes to displaying the WACN (in hexadecimal).

You can use your Pro-197 for it. If you have the Extreme Upgrade on your HP 2, you also have the option, but, iirc, the format of the output on the 197 works better with the programs Tom mentioned.

I don't think the option is available on the 436HP.

Ok, well the computer programs aren’t an option, I don’t function well in that arena.

Can you tell if the WACN, SID, RFSS and site number are the same as what's on the Dyess db page?
Can you tell how many encrypted TGs there are that your scanner is ignoring?
If they changed systems but kept the same frequencies (like they did here at Sheppard) then most or all of the TGs listed could be different now, or maybe maybe nothing changed except more TGs are encrypted now.
So, as best as I can decipher:
Sys:157
W: BEE00
I have an N151 as well as R002 and S009 showing on the screen when parked on the control channel.

Probably N151 is the site NAC, R002 is RFSS 2, and S009 is Site 9
SID 157 is
Talkgroups have obviously changed. None of the old ones are showing up.
So far I have seen:
63056
63176 - Law Enforcement (Base clear, mobiles/portable encrypted)
63108
63114 - Refuelers/POL
63103
63056
63126

I will try and figure out more when I can.

There was a good band opening this morning.
I was finally able to run Unitrunker for a couple hours on the new Dyess system and submit the correct system and site info.

The talkgroups are all different from the old system.
It looks like probably the 63000-63299 range is assigned to Dyess.
I logged these while I was gone so I have no idea who is using them.

Only 63176 had encryption and it wasn't full time.

It looks like probably the dispatch console RIDs are in the 161300x range (7 digits) and the rest of the radios are in the 1623xxxx range (8 digits).

Once the new site shows up in the db (could be days or weeks) then somebody in the area will have to figure out and submit the talkgroups. That's about all I can do from 150 miles away.

Somebody needs to monitor the old VHF P25 conventional base operations frequencies at
Taylor County - Dyess AFB Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
and if they are no longer used then submit a request to mark them deprecated.
I already submitted a change for the trunked system link.

The system is already marked deprecated: Dyess Air Force Base Trunking System, Abilene, Texas - Scanner Frequencies

However, there are no talk groups listed. I wonder if they are the same as the old system. I'm too far south to monitor and don't get up that way often.

That's the old system. They haven't fixed the link yet.
The talkgroups are all different now. See posts 26 and 27 in this thread.
The conventional frequencies that the trunked system replaced several years ago need to be marked deprecated if they aren't used any more or not kept for backup use.

How are you picking stuff up from a hundred fifty miles away here in Abilene

I can only hear VHF/UHF/700-900 MHz stuff that far during a good tropo opening .
Normally I can't hear anything more than about 15 - 60 miles depending on the direction.
