I was at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood yesterday and it appears that they are using Motorola DMR UHF radios for (at least) honor guard operations. The Radio Reference database has shown 166.7125 (CSQ) in use there for a number of years.

Has anyone confirmed a new frequency in use there?

You might try searching the 406-420 MHz band, Ron. Seeing that they have 900+ acres out there, I imagine that they might be using a repeater. If that's the case, you could try 406.1125 - 410.9875 MHz first.
