acarsd "No MySQL Settings defined"???

Okay so I ran the acarsd setup application first, set all my settings, including my MySQL server credentials, and ran acarsd, and it will not connect to the MySQL server that I have specified. I took a look at the acarsd.ini file, and the settings are correct in there. I also followed another suggestion, to put a copy of libmysql.dll in the acarsd directory, and still I have had no luck.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, can you give me some pointers as to what to do?
