access to path denied

This happens on update on both my scanners, BCD536 and SDS 200 , even on Monday update. It causes me to do a Clear User Data run. I can't delete any old updates.

I am not sure why but all my saved files on Sentinel can't be removed and every time I want to do an update on my SDS200 or BCD536 that message pops up
