PSR-800: Access violation ERROR

What do I need to do to fix this error?
Access violation at address 006DA557 in module 'EZScanDG.exe. Write of address 00000008.

can't do any updates or programming at this point .

Found some other posts in RR about EZScan access violation. I did an advanced search for keyword EZScanDG.exe for posts.
