Hello group, I was wondering is it possible to reactivate a stream after a 30 day inactive period? I have been providing a railroad stream since 2014 and recently we moved to another location. Unfortunately I was unable to get it going again before the 30 days were up. But now everything is set up ready to go. Is there a way to bring back my old feed? I did send in a request as well but have not heard back yet. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Mike

After a feed has been offline for 21 days it is automatically deleted from the system. If you know you're feed is going to be down longer than this, you can submit a help request to save it from being deleted.

You will need to submit a new feed application to get your feed back online.

That is what I thought... Thanks for getting back with me.

I sent in a request and/or submission last Thursday but I don't not see it on my submission pending page. How do I know if it is being looked at or if it has been deleted?
