Anyone know how to listen to Ada County Dispatch? My scanner has been silent for days. They re-programmed their frequencies. I can still hear some things around Ada County, but I cannot figure out their Primary Control Channel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!

I am having the same problem. I assume they have changed the control frequency but I have no idea what it is. Hopefully someone will have the answer. I am only getting analog channels of Boise Fire, and EMS

Ada County / Boise City, as well as Canyon County and associated city agencies, has gone to, almost entirely, ENCRYPTED digital. What this means is that even if you have a digital scanner, all you'll hear is a short 'braaap' on those encrypted frequencies.

That's true for Uniden digital scanners, but the GRE made digital scanners don't mute the encryption at all. The newer Uniden 396XT and 996XT scanners do a better job of muting the encrypted transmission than the older T models.
