I recently purcased a sd200 and am trying to add the GMRS frequencies into the database. However, when I go to services to select "other" it is not enabled "----". Other people in here have been able to add those frequencies. Is there another step I need to perform before I get to "other"

Believe that stuff is already in the full database under nationwide.
It’s in the full database so when Sentinel is connected, and you have read the scanner into Sentinel, simply navigate to USA-Any State-Any County-Nationwide. Then right click on GMRS and choose Append to favorites list.
The service type is set to other so either change it or make sure Other is enabled on your 200.
