The USCG had a station there but I believe they've since moved it. They may still be handling this.

Thanks, but based on traffic, callsigns of users and the RIDs I believe it is a state agency.

Wildlife has a few boats. They might have done it. I think wilmington PD and I know the FD has boats, may also have.
