AFRN or AIRS?

That's what I thought. Thank you! It needs to be corrected in the database.

It is AIRS. The Alabama First Responder Wireless Commission was form for the purpose of making decisions and recommendation on FirstNet. It has nothing to do with the Statewide 700/800 System known as AIRS.

System has been renamed to Alabama Interoperable Radio System (AIRS) with a note regarding it previously referred to as the Alabama First Responder Network (AFRN).

Please check your local county pages and submit tickets for any corrections that might be needed to correct the new AIRS designation versus AFRN.

is there much changes to the database between the two or not?

No - just split out the 1D0 system

All frequencies and talkgroups are the same
