Yesterday I heard Air One on Vtac 151.1375. Then on 158.745. I then heard Command 79 replying on Vtac4 159.4725.A few minutes later on 123.45 We're a helicopter conducting training over Elgin Community College , we're at 1800', please stay away!

As reported in today Daily Herald, "a training exercise was held this week at Elgin Community College,a police helicopter and Elgin police armored vehicle were part of the exercise with the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System, which is a police mutual aid organization
