Airband mobile antenna ID

Hard to tell, kind of blurry, even the video.

They are 1/4 wave antennas, that's for sure. Brand? Might be EMWave:
Its a good match. Also worth mentioning is that they also use an 800mhz system for airport operations and interop with the fire dept so I wonder if whatever they are they also have 800mhz capabilities.

That would be a separate radio. There are no 800MHz trunking radios that also do airband.

From what I could tell on the blurry video, there was a 1/4 wave chrome antenna between the line of the 3 airband antennas and the lightbar.
