Both freqs have hits in the RRDB. Analog entries can be old as people are constantly upgrading to DMR. If you search the FCC data for LA metro area, there are lots of licensees with 7K60* emissions (Moto DMR).

If you've confirmed the listed analog entries have been replaced by DMR then by all means submit an update with all pertinent info to get the RRDB current. Be sure to check the other analog frequencies in the same departments to see if they too have gone DMR
