AISMON Decoder error code

I have been using AISMON Decoder for two days and now when I try and start the program I get this ERROR CODE, attachment of error code provided. Anyone know how to fix this I re-downloaded the program and re-installed AISMON but it did not fix the problem

Never mind I fixed it by running the program as administrator
