So each tower has channels listed but the frequencies are different for each tower. Are these different repeaters connected for wide-area coverage? For instance, Channel 3 is listed at each tower with a different frequency. Do field units have to know which channel (tower) to switch to depending on their geographic location? Why wasn't simulcast utilized? With all of these different frequencies, why wasn't zoned trunking used? Good for Allegany for breaking free of lowband, but it looks to be piece-mealed!
