Allen County Sheriff - Special Situation

ACPD declared a "Special Situation", calling attention to all Special Services units at 16:57, authority of Unit 215. Special situation alert referred to Signal 12 (County Jail).

I remembered at 17:38 that I keep the JAIL talkgroups locked out due to a certain lack of interest, so much of the nature of the situation is unknown to me.

No local news yet; stuff like this normally doesn't hit until the evening news the day after, if ever. There is no log of this activity in the SD's daily activity log, though jail operations don't seem to be included in the publicly-released log file.
