alpha tag not showing

im trying to transfer data from the data base to free scan an its works fine with the only trouble being is that i cant get the alpha tag to work for me emergency operations section nova scotia canada only, the rest are fine i dont know if its just somthing im doing wrong or if that is how it is suppose to show up . it seems to show the tag not the alpha tag.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by it shows the tag, not the alpha tag.

You could always go back and type the alpha tags into Freescan manually. They're only 5 characters each

Be sure you check and select the appropriate columns before you send the data to your scanner.
