How can i see Alpha Tags using a desktop computer on a available blue icon broadcast? Maybe it only works on the mobile app? Broadcastify app is not found in the play store for andriod either. I am using Samsung 8+.

Not all feeds have alpha tags.

Make sure you select Advanced Web Player under the Player Selection column. Even if not flagged with the blue tag the alpha tags maybe present.
Alpha tags don't work on the Dashboard, only on what you call the free site, and only if you set it to Advanced Player which you can only do with a premium subscription, and only if the stream passes the alpha tags. Also you have to login with your RR account.

Alpha Tags are created by the software being used, and pass thru the metadata info of a streaming file.
For example, SDRTrunk has predefined alpha tags and only shows the TO and FROM (radio id) info.
In Proscan a variety of information that the owner defines can be passed via the alpha tags. Info that it passes can contain the following:
This is why you will see varying info in different sites.
Other streaming software also has their own alpha tag setups.
