Okay all, I have all but given up. I tried finding answers on other strings but couldn't, been working this for a few weeks now. Here is my situation, HRI-200 & FTM-400 trying to connect and get my node/room up. I have tried three different PCs, wifi & lan, IPs are static, UDP ports are open and showing in my router config that that IP PC is using the ports and they are open, but my test on the Tools/Ports check still show NG. I have had a node up before but I cannot figure it out this time. I have disabled all firewalls/anti virus on the router AND the PCs, I have tried to enable DMZ to that PC and I still get NG. Yaesu was no help, they literally replied to my questions by telling me to do the things I already told them I did. Im lost why this is so difficult as I have had one in the past. Any thoughts? Anything I haven't tried? I've tried on Win10 and Win11 pcs. I thought maybe it was my HRI box so I ordered another one, new cables, same thing, NG. Any thoughts? 73 Paul K5VOP

Well, it looks like I am double nat'd, my IP is an LAN IP from within my ISP and not the same as my global ISP so I am checking to see if they have NAT enabled or perhaps I need a static IP. I'll keep this post updated for others who may have the same issue. Hopefully this fixes the issue.

I gave up on the HRI 200 also several hours on the phone with Yaesu tech support could not get it working. Ham Radio outlet would not take a return on it because it was registered with Yaesu. It is some where alongside interstate 95 in Virginia. Last Yaesu product I owned,

If your just trying to get on the Wires-X network as a user PDN mode works fine on doublenat or CG-NAT. I use it over a cellular hotspot.
You don't need a static IP for the HRI200 but CG-NAT is a showstopper. Maybe buying a static from your ISP will get you outside of their normal CG-NAT network.

Yeah I run our club node on in PDN, used to be on HRI, I now realize why I had to do that, it was a few years back when I switched ISPs. After talking to them a couple days ago he confirmed I am NATd on their network so I am awaiting a static IP.
