To the Mods: I didn't know where to post this thread since there is no Amateur Radio forum (hint hint), so feel free to move to a more appropriate place if needed. Since I have many ham friends in NJ...

The FCC dropped the requirement for morse code in order to obtain general/extra class amateur licenses. More information here:

My suggestion to the mods would be to move it to the RR Tavern forum. But, until then...
