The Detroit Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for Toua Vang and Tommy Vang.
It is believed they were taken from a home on Fairport in Detroit.
Toua Vang is 16 years old. She's 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
Her brother, Tommy Vang, was also taken. He's 7 years old, weighs 40 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was wearing white tee shirt and black pants.
Toua and Tommy Vang were last seen at a home on Fairport today.
It is believed that they are in extreme danger.
The Detroit Police Department believes they were taken by Stacy Lee Thao. Thao is 31 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair with a burn scar under her right eye.
Thao is believed to be driving a black Honda Accord, with license number XEX 918.
