Georgian CACC is still paging on 149.4400.

I believe this system will stay in place in other areas when they switch over.

We can assume also then that they'll still use PCOMM 150.1 hey what about PTAC 149.605 will that still be available also?

And if they keep PCOMM does this mean that I'll still be able to hear all of Eastern Ontario for PCOMM stuff on a UHF Repeater Link at Foymount on 410.8375 PL 203.5?

Not likely since the functionality of PTAC has been included in the Fleetnet system. It hasn't been used in the Georgian area since they switched.

Hard to say. With BMR providing PCOM at their sites, they will probably use microwave or leased T1's to link back to the local CACC. I would guess that these links will disappear.

So I guess the most fun I'd have fun listening to them would be the VR's then I guess. That shouldn't be too bad, there's often patient transfers an such happening all the time between Pembroke-Ottawa, so hopefully I get the VR Coverage there like I do with the OPP.

Still haven't heard anything on the MNR VR freq. but then again there's no office in this town for them. Closest is Pembroke.

Paging will continue (where it exists now) on 149.440

PCOM will be maintained on 150.100 (but not necessarily at the same, or as many, tower sites) There will be one tower in each dispatch centre's area (two for London)
PTAC will be eliminated as each area transitions

There is no known timeframe for any additional ambulance dispatch centres to switch to FleetNet in SW Zone.

Paging is still done on 149.440 here in London, and PCOM is still in use as well (mainly used for the helicopter from the traffic that I hear). Tactical still gets used from time to time as well, but quite often you will hear a crew saying they will do a patch using their cell phone. I've yet to see any of the hospital specific talkgroups used yet here in London.
