Is there any Android app currently available that supports Alpha Tags?
Scanner Radio does.
Though I think the dev certainly deserves the support so consider throwing down a few bucks for the Pro version.
Pretty much every app gets their feeds from BCFY. There are a couple other much smaller competing platforms out there as there are people that don't agree with how everything with RR and BCFY sometimes gets handled, but they either have very niche apps or user bases such as LiveATC or RailroadRadio. I think every mainstream app on either Apple or Android ecosystems gets their audio the same place, simply because of how accessible the API is.Just wondering - where does Scanner App get it's feed's Broadcastify?
Thanks for the suggestion, just got it and it's working great so far, showing tags on several feeds.Scanner Radio - Police Scanner - Apps on Google Play

Keep in mind, not every feed provider offers Tags. I do. It's only an extra USB cable unless the radio used doesn't have them. I also use Scanner Radio Pro on my phone and ScannerLive on my PCThanks for the suggestion, just got it and it's working great so far, showing tags on several feeds.
The developer is the Broadcastify administrator. The app was developed before Broadcastify existed and primarily used his site (scanamerica.com or something similar) which was eventually sold/merged to RR and became Broadcastify.Just wondering - where does Scanner App get it's feed's Broadcastify?
Simple answer is no.As a follow-up to my original post, is there any way to show tags when playing back the .MP3 archive files?
