Angola, IN -- Sheriff voices "no confidence" in Open Sky

(ANGOLA) - Ten police, emergency and fire agency directors from around Steuben County say they have had it with Harris Radio Corporation and the Open Sky network. They have signed a "No Confidence" statement and sent it Steuben County Commissioners after a series of communication issues in recent months.
