Another BCT15X question

Ok so I have been playing around on the scanner and I just noticed the signal on all my channels cuts out ever second or so and only pick up certain audio. Why is this? I am using the stock antenna for now but it will be hooked up to my nmo mount in my car here shortly. Any ideas on what this is?

The most common things that can cause this is having Beartracker on, or it's one of the priorities (Close Call, Weather or conventional).

It's kinda hard to diagnose how this happened since we don't know what software you're using, but undoubtedly there are settings there that can disable all of this...
