another opp question

sorry guys but i looked through all the info that i have and seen through the search unless i am blind i can't find it but i was listening opp today and i heard a soft id that i never heard and he said london 99 zulu does any one know what detatchment that is i heard it on repeater 413.6875

That's not an OPP frequency.

It's the MOH Air Ambulance repeater.

799 Zulu is indeed an Ornge Air Ambulance. You can find some nice pics of the fleet here:

In our area the primary chopper is 7792 which is based at London airport. It's not uncommon to hear 7799 in the area though either.

Also I find at times I can hear the chopper better when they are in the air on 418.6875....

ah i was looking at my scanner going thru the banks i got it mixed up your right im wrong:p
